Five daily case-study quizzes (10 questions, Mon–Fri) plus a Friday Final Mastery quiz (30 questions). Every quiz is one case built from three channels — Slack, email, and call notes — and you must both proofread drafts and write emails, all graded by Claude. Pass each at 95%. Every wrong answer explains what you missed and which fundamental (#N) it points to. Together the six quizzes test all 63 email & calendar fundamentals at least twice. Quizzes unlock in order.

How this works: Read all three threads (Slack, email, call notes) in each question, then answer in your own words — proofread the draft or write the email. Claude grades each answer against the rubric and, on anything you miss, explains what was wrong, how to get it right, and which fundamental (#N) it points to. You need 95% to pass.
Claude scores each answer; this usually takes 10–15 seconds.
