Five daily scenario quizzes (10 questions each) plus a weekly gate. Each question gives you a real situation — a Slack message, email, call transcript, or inbound client/member note — and asks what our team norms say to do, and who to keep in the loop. Dailies pass at 80%, the gate at 90%. Claude grades each answer and points you back to the norm it tests. Quizzes unlock in order.

How this works: Read the scenario (Slack / email / call notes / inbound message), then answer in your own words — what would you actually do, and who would you keep in the loop? Claude grades each answer against the team norm it tests. Dailies pass at 80%, the weekly gate at 90%.
Claude scores each answer; this usually takes 10–15 seconds.
